Chemistry Hair Studio is the absolute best. I have the kind of hair that makes hairdressers tired. It’s super thick and there is a ton of it. Jessica and Michael are always up to the challenge, and I trust them without reservation. As I like to tell them, “It’s their hair — I just walk around with it on my head.” The prices are reasonable, the experience there is never less than awesome, and my hair always — ALWAYS — looks better than it ever has before when I leave.

I can’t believe the amazing experience I had here! I’ve never truly been happy with any hair service I’ve had. I have crazy, unruly, coarse ethnic hair that I like to straighten. Mike was the first person to actually help me come with a realistic haircut that worked with my hair both straight and curly. He also did a great job fixing my hair color from the last place I went. When I went in I was a gross yellowish blonde that was not only too light but just didn’t go with my skin complexion at all. I have always loved the more natural dark brown with nice soft highlight, the kind you get when you go out into the sun. Not only did I have a great service but a great experience. Mike and Jess have a real gift for making you feel like you’re with a group of old friends. I love the whole open concept they have going there and how everyone is included in conversations. It’s a really nice noncompetive, fun environment. I would strongly recommend this salon!

I had an amazing experience at Chemistry. Jessica and Michael are both so welcoming, they really make the experience comfortable, and you at ease, we all know how changing your look can be nerve wracking! I went from hair all one length, halfway down my back, to short, chin length with bangs!! My husband said I look 10 yrs younger, and it’s all thanks to Jessica, she took on look at me and said I could pull this off…… I’m so happy, feel like a new woman. Thank you so much Chemistry!!!!!!

I am relatively new to the Dover area and was in desperate need of a good hair cut and my roots done. I had an appointment with Michael and he was unbelievable, he listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job. I even scheduled two more appointments for the upcoming months, since I was advised that they do fill up fast. Michael as well as Jessica are very professional and know that they are doing, highly recommend.

Really friendly and talented folks here. Jessica really looks at my hair and talks with me about it way more than any other hairdresser I’ve ever had. I also love that they sell products here, but never try to push product on you. It’s a friendly refreshing salon and they even have wine and such you can sip on while they work on you.
