Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI needed a haircut and the sign said “walk-ins welcome”. so I went in. I had to wait until the stylist was free so I signed in and waited. Another customer arrived just as the stylist was finishing. The stylist told me that the customer had a reservation but I could wait and I agreed. The customer said that I could go first and the stylist invited me in. I sat down and told the stylist that I wore my hair long and pulled back at the sides. I requested that she cut the sides just to the top of my ears and the top so that, if pulled forward, it would just reach the bridge of my nose. She worked really fast and was done quickly. It was the worst haircut I had ever seen. She cut the sides and back extremely short and didn’t touch the top. From the back, my head looks like one of those whirling hurricane pictures seen on the weather channel. The hair at the crown of my head stands straight up.
