The customer service and professionalism at Chelsea Nails is always 100%. The recent renovations have made the spa extremely comfortable & aesthetically pleasing. It’s also always incredibly clean which is super important. Everyone is so incredibly nice and thoughtful and they really take the time to learn what you like. They remember their clients and treat everyone like family. I love this place! They never cease to surprise me with extra amenities or thoughtful gifts around the holidays. They are simply the best!

I have been to many nails salons over the years but I have to say I was very impressed with the service I received today! From the moment I walked in everyone was so welcoming! I got a powder gel manicure and it turned out amazing! Kim did my nails and she really took her time to give me exactly what I asked for. Not only did I get what I want with wonderful people around me the prices are cheaper than any other nail salon around! I recommend this salon to everyone. I will definitely be back so thank you for such a great experience!!!!

I had gotten them done elsewhere and wasn’t thrilled but she shaped them into perfection! First time coming here and got a gel manicure and a spa pedicure . During the manicure they didn’t even soak my hands before cutting the cuticles making it painful nor asked to wash before applying the polish which made it come out uneven . The person working on me was on her phone while I was sitting there waiting for my nails to dry very unprofessional. Usually at the end they massage your hands with cream well here they plop some. Cream on and then wipe it away with a hot towel . The pedicure was ok they didn’t really scrub too hard to get the dead skin off the bottom of my feet and the massage consisted of light rubbing nothing like it should be .

Guy took off his mask and sneezed into the air right Infront of me then says sorry and puts mask back up. This is while giving me a fill in. I came in with no mask. Didn’t want to wear one they gave me one to wear so ok I put it on. But for what if they are all sick already. They all are sneezing and hacking. Just to pull down the mask to sneeze then put it back up. To get me sick. Whattttt is the point of the mask if your going to sneeze outside of the mask. . Otherwise I enjoyed my nail session. Hopefully I survive the next week or so after the aftermath of just wanting to get a full in. Thanks guys!!!!
