I booked an appointment online looking to get a balayage done for a wedding I’m attending. However, when I called to confirm the appointment, instead of answering, I received a text asking what I could be helped with. When I texted back saying I would like to confirm an appointment, I received no reply back. Over an hour later, I texted again but still nothing. I called another time but no answer again. I figured they were busy, so I called the next day and still nothing. I shouldn’t have to go through this much effort to confirm an appointment. I saw and heard good reviews about this place from a coworker and figured I’d try. However, I find myself to be very disappointed with the customer service I received!!!
