I’ve been getting dip manicures for 4 years now and I love that my nails never chip or break. I got a dip manicure here for the first time as I was visiting from out of town and within 48 hours 5 nails chipped and/or broke. It was the worst dip manicure I’ve ever had. Although the salon looked clean and pleasant and my nail tech, Nicole, was very nice, I would not recommend getting a dip here.

This was my $28 pedicure that took about 10 minutes. I chose a bright blue OPI polish that somehow ended up looking cheap and started to chip in a few days. I think they use cheap nail polish instead of actual brands. And I found it odd that they charge an additional $2 if you want to use their Essie nail polish. Paying $30 for a pedi is ridiculous.

Love it here! The staff is always super professional and friendly and I always feel super welcomed. The actual store is really big so it doesn’t feel like there’s people on top of each other unlike other places. The cleanliness is top notch and you can see the efforts they make to ensure everyone is safe. Prices are also super fair especially for the services you get so can’t really complain there. I love coming here whenever I’m in the area, can’t say enough good things!

I moved to the area and finally thought I found my nail salon… But after a few good experiences it hit the fan. My last time getting dip, my nails broke within 4 days. I decided to give them another chance and I let them know what happened so I hoped maybe they’d put more care into it, but the same thing happened and my nails broke in a week. They told me if it chipped again I could go back and get it fixed no charge but it’s not even worth it. It’s a shame because this place seemed nice, clean, and gave great massages. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new salon now.

LOVE this salon. So clean and quiet and the powder manicure I got lasted beautifully for a full month. I usually get a 10 min massage; always wonderful. Good for pedicures too. It will always be my go-to salon.

I think they’re a good place but a lot has changed. I see prices increased and service decreased. Also, it is sad that a person cannot just get a pedicure anymore; why do I have to be asked 4 times if I want a manicure? I never get manicures. Don’t ask me. Honestly, I want to live this place but I got my nails done LAST NIGHT for a special occasion today and this is how my nails look. I’m so disappointed that my nails chipped less than 12 hours after getting them done. I paid $18 for my nails to look like this….. so disappointing and if I had more time, I would have demanded they redo my nails.

Services, cleanliness and professionalism are amazing here. I had frequented another salon Chelsea owners had, after I moved away, was disappointed with the local choices. So happy to find the owners also moved and opened a new salon in Croton-on-Hudson . They and their employees are the best, client safety is evident in their careful attention to keeping their clients healthy!!! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, Chelsea is as good as it gets!!!
