Both Chelsea and Alannah have created an inclusive, relaxed vibe at Chelsea Lash Company- they are absolutely incredible. I have been getting my lashes done by Alannah for the past six years, and she always makes sure that when I leave my appointment, my lashes are gorgeous. If I could give Chelsea Lash Company a 10/5 star rating I would. The customer service and attention to detail that these ladies provide is amazing. I drive 40 min to my appointment and it’s well worth it. Thanks for being the best in Pittsburgh ❤️

I have been going to Alannah for years! She is absolutely amazing and the nicest person you will ever meet. The space is nice and welcoming, very clean. Chelsea is also an absolute sweetheart and runs a great business. They always do the best at lashes and never have issues. Highly recommend.

Honestly, Chelsea isn’t that professional or even a nice person to her clients. She doesn’t answer any texts, and is constantly behind or late to her appointments without apologizing. She also doesn’t allow outside fills yet won’t help you herself if your lashes need attention before your next booked appointment. I just told her I needed a break and quit going to her awhile ago because I was sick of this. My new place is more expensive but wayyy better customer service. Not the way for an owner of a company to act.

I’ve been going to Chelsea for 2 years now. I’m OBSESSED!! I will never let another person touch my lashes. My lashes are ALWAYS so full and stay on, I go for a fill every three weeks. I have been seeing Chelsea for almost 6.5 years because she is the absolute BEST lash technician in Pittsburgh (and in my opinion the world). I’m not the easiest client to always deal with, but Chelsea always takes care of me and makes me feel at home.
