Everyone was wearing masks and there were thick barriers on the tables. This has been by far my favorite nail place: they ask you if you’re satisfied, they ask for consent about what you want done, instead of assuming. They put in the effort for little details. They’re very respectful and as someone who needs to be in a space that follows Covid-19 protocols, I felt incredibly safe. Everyone was wearing masks and there were thick barriers on the tables. This has been by far my favorite nail place: they ask you if you’re satisfied, they ask for consent about what you want done, instead of assuming. They put in the effort for little details. Critical: CommunicationDecided to get done nail on my birthday and the guy who worked on my nail he ruined my nails so bad. He keep saying I’ll cut your nail even and while cutting and filling my nail he wasn’t paying attention because he was too busy to see everywhere around. He cut so tiny and and after done it doesn’t look even. I went there with long nail and returned home with super tiny nails. Horrible job. The staff here is so welcoming and professional. We all got deluxe pedicures the massage chairs are so comfortable they do the sugar scrub, hot towels and hot rocks. Colors all came out great they are very good at their jobs and very friendly!

My dip manicure chipped off after only a few days. I went back to have it fixed, and they told me to come back another day. 7 out of 10 nails are chipped.. this has never happened to me with dip. I will never go back. Awful customer service!
