Loved it on first visit. Second visit I was not happy. Pedi was ok, but she painted light color over “old” red and it shows thru. Fill was OK, but nails were filed unevenly and not one nail was like another one. Who wants 10 different shapes?? When brought to her attention, she made a worse mess of the one nail while trying to fix her mistake. I feel I could have had a better experience at a beauty school. Needless to say, I will not be returning to R & R.

Amazing!! It is under new management and is absolutely beautiful, classy and elegant inside – which is HUGE! They have amazing services unlike anywhere else nearby. This was my first visit, and I loved it! The staff is friendly and professional. It’s very relaxing here. They don’t stack people up and then rush thru. I had Hanna. She did a great job and tyoo her time to make sure they looked great. Can’t wait to go back.

My mom and I went in today for pedicures and paid the higher amount to have the better service with the longer massage. We were both super disappointed, the massage lasted a whole 4 mins and the ladies didn’t use any pressure while massaging so it was basically like rubbing the lotion in, my mom almost got skipped completely for massage cause the lady forgot and I said something. The owner seemed to know what she was doing but the other 3 ladies seemed like it was their first time ever giving a pedicure. They were double booked due to taking over and the old owner not telling them about current appointments so we were just rushed in and out. Super irritating when you pay $60 each for a luxury pedicure and don’t even get a massage. So our search continues for a salon that does amazing pedicures with great massage.

Tram handled our appointment today with exceptional customer service. After a long day at my daughter’s horse show I thought it would be a nice treat to take my two kids and myself for a pedicure and manicure. It was my son’s and my first experience getting a pedicure and I have to say Tram made our experience an extraordinary experience! I highly recommend this nail salon. Five stars all the way!
