This lady here has such a natural talent. Combine that with her attention to detail, the care and concern that she has for the health of your hair, and the rare quality in which she actually listens to you! And I don’t mean half listen, she pays attention to your personal preferences, concerns, and expectations. She is straight up with you if what you are requesting is attainable or not (and if not, she will explain why) and she will communicate the process that she will take to achieve the best result for you. I am impressed with her drive and ambition; she is constantly researching the latest techniques and products for color, styling, and health management ; her professionalism range is not limited to one hair type and she does her homework to stay on top of current trends. She had a gentle touch, a kind personality and a wicked sense of humor. I can’t sing enough praises from my experiences in her chair !!
