The owner and the employees were very welcoming and the salon was super clean. The owner took her time doing my dip acrylics as well as my eyebrows after consulting what I would like done and what worked best for me. The design came out beautiful and my eyebrows have never looked better. 10 out of 10 recommend this place. You should definitely book your appointment before coming so you don’t have to wait. Hands-down one of the most cleanest and professional nail salons I’ve ever been to. The owner and the employees were very welcoming and the salon was super clean. The owner took her time doing my dip acrylics as well as my eyebrows after consulting what I would like done and what worked best for me. A friend of mine got a dip acrylic manicure and pedicure not too long ago and she’s been to this establishment a couple times and I’ve gone with her to keep company, the manager has always been a bit rude and when my friend went back to get a nail fixed we were told to wait a bit then it could get fixed; fair enough. But she could have left out the eye roll and attitude. And that’s just a start. Her technician was Linda, My friends nails barely lasted a few days because they started falling off, and her cuticles are just terrible! On one of her nails it was sanded down so much that when the nail came off part of her real nail did too, to the point the skin underneath protruded out of nail bed. This place seems so unsanitary and it took them nearly 4 hours just to finish their service. A nail salon is a place people go to relax and enjoy themselves, but we can’t if we are getting injuries because the people we entrust and pay nearly $200 for a relaxing service don’t show us respect or care if they did their job properly. My friend has gotten an infection on her finger because her technician didn’t do her job properly. I understand people have their bad days and there are people who are great at their jobs, but not when it’s consistent dissatisfaction and attitude towards customers.Giving one star is generous. A friend of mine got a dip acrylic manicure and pedicure not too long ago and she’s been to this establishment a couple times and I’ve gone with her to keep company, the manager has always been a bit rude and when my friend went back to get a nail fixed we were told to wait a bit then it could get fixed; fair enough.
