I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but my appointment with Kristen was pretty bad in hindsight. I had an appointment late on a Saturday, and she was obviously in a hurry to leave. I have never had anyone cut my long hair so fast, I was in the chair for less than 30 minutes. She ripped the brush through tangles, pulling and breaking my hair, and I now have many broken ends that I didn’t have before. She didn’t ask where I part my hair so it’s uneven with my side part. Very disappointed, but at least the dogs were great.

Really rude! I made an appointment for my teenage daughter for cut and color, and when I called the day before the appointment to change it to just a cut, Kristen was really nasty and rude, telling me I can’t cancel – I wasn’t canceling I was changing what we wanted. I guess customers don’t have the right to change their minds… If she can’t work with clients, then she has a problem. All this for $150! Take your business elsewhere, I say.

They are listed as having walk in hours online. I went in to ask if they could do a child’s cut during business hours. They said no and weren’t helpful after that. They did not offer to see us later or on a different date. If they do not provide child cuts or walk ins, they need to change their data online.
