He gave me an amazing blonde rooted look with my color, cut my curls perfectly, and took the extra time to give me a blow out to straighten it so we could really see the color. Charles is knowledgeable, consultative, LISTENS to your individual hair needs/goals and hair history. If i mention a technique i want to try, he listens and offers options and provides details on his experience and hair education so we can make decisions collaboratively. I have extremely curly hair to boot and he is patient and tender with it to ensure i have a relaxing experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chazios!!!
