I was looking to have eyelashes done… I was told the wait would be 15 minutes as the tech was finishing a client… 20 minutes later, I notice the tech ask another client to choose a color and have seat at her station. When I spoke up to ask if she wasn’t going to take me, who was and how much longer is it going to be? She picks up her cell.. at that point I’m furious so I left and will NEVER come back. Too many nail salons in PG to tolerate bad customer service. Get it together!!!

I wish I had taken pictures of the horrible job they did with applying bail polish, i was in a bit of a rush that day because I had a friend with me that was in distress, so I didn’t pay much attention to it until I made it home, not only did he miss the sides of my nails he also did a horrible job filing them. I understand that they probably are not used to handling customers that don’t want gigantic acrylics and that instead they just grow their natural nails but I would have expected that he’d say something or admit he didn’t know what to do instead of butchering my nails. I took the poorly applied color the next day and tried to fix what I could of my poorly filed nails. The pedicure was okay, but I guess since I wasn’t wearing anything “fancy” I was being treated like I didn’t have money to pay for my service and no real effort was put into my leg massage or mask, Not worth the $90+tip that I paid for. Do not recommend it at all.

My nail tech Bee does my nails how I like them without me having to tell her. They always look amazing. The only drawback is the place is really small, so when they’re busy it’s crazy in there. But I love it enough to leave my old salon and will keep coming back. Pedicure, Nail art

Billy did my nails I asked for long coffin shaped which the shape was fine. However that was the only part that was good. The acrylic was bumpy and uneven. The acrylic didn’t go all the way to the cuticles. he didn’t take off all of the last polish before applying the acrylic. When I asked about the bits of polish he said he’d fix but never did. I see why the price is lower than most places…you get what you pay for I guess

Stopped by for a last minute mani/pedi & was pleasantly pleased. Everyone was greeted upon entrance & no one was left waiting very long. Salon was not the most stylish but it offers everything you need. Only suggestion would be to upgrade your gel polish colors. Pedicure, Manicure
