I am blown away and pleasantly surprised with how good this nail spot was. I live in Maimi and have my nails done by a professional regularly, so my expectations for a tiny town like Waycross was pretty low to say the least. But the tech who did my nails (Lupita) did a fantastic job! She was so gentle and careful around my cuticles (this coming from someone who has bled from nail techs before) She was meticulous and took her time and I think the results are super pretty! They are not bulky but instead nice and thin and the edges of the nails are crisp and clean. Will definitely be going to this salon when I’m in town.

Alisha does such a fantastic job. She’s thorough and very gentle. Takes her time to do a great service. Very happy with my pedicure and gel manicure. I’ve found my favorite nail tech. chau & a few of the older ladies are the only ones who done good on my nails & toes. The younger girls had my nails crooked & uneven & lifting after a few days the last 3 times I went. Overall a clean comfortable place I love it there. just be sure to make an appointment with chau or one of the older ladies they do amazing. Pedicure, Acrylic nails

When you get off work and want to get pampered you think of a medi & pedi. My child and I went in at 5pm. They don’t close till 7pm they asked what we wanted I said we both want a medi and pedi, They said they had time. We sit and wait which was fine and normal. Had some of my sister in laws there getting theirs done. Which we planned on meeting up together so we could all spend some time together. But I find it very unprofessional and disrespectful for the girls who was doing the pedicures to talk about customers the whole time. Sat and talked about me to my sitter in law the whole time. I’m a paying customer should treat me with respect. But wasn’t only talking about me was also talking about every customer in there. While wiping a chair down, she even said I have to wipe the stank off this chair. After saying she was a high-school student. You would think she would be more professional to get more coming clients. Almost done with my full set was told I came to late to get a pedi. While my child was upset they said they would so she started on her never scrubed her feet they look worst then before she went. I told them I didn’t wont one just because I heard what the girls was saying the entire time. For all of us together was $150 that was the worst experience I’ve every had. Thanks for ruining our time and trying to make people feel horrible! I should have read the reviews before coming because they definitely was honest. One picture is my child and one is my sister in law straight after getting them feet done.

It was the customer service skills for me, smh. Granted today is the day before Mothers Day so this Salon was considerably busy, especially considering it being such a small town…but that’s not my problem, that’s theirs. You still need to keep a certain level of professionalism about yourself when a customer comes in. This fat Hispanic nail tech was very rude in the way she asked me what I would be getting and when I told her, she had the most aggravated disgusted look on her face ever and told me how long it would be. Mind you this salon was full of white women with the exception of me and another black customer…only in South East GA, smh. Uggghhh, Never Again…
