I swear this lady ruined my hair on purpose. She bleached it out pure white not the sandy soft blonde I wanted,cut it too short and when she put the tone through it my hair looked like a cheap yellow wig and it cost 178$ to ruin my beautiful hair that took two years to grow. Thanks a lot Nancy.

Had the worst hair cut of my life. I brought a photo of the cut I wanted and discussed it with Nancy, but what I got didn’t even resemble the cut I asked for.
