Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had the worst experience here. I had gotten dip powder twice at a different place before and it last a month without any chips or smugges. I came here to get it taken off and then redone because I had such a positive experience with dip powder before, but this went so poorly, I will never return. First of all, I went to get it taken off, and it took over an hour, she waited on other people ahead of me, even though it was ready. I was satisfied with the nails, but was worried about the thinness of the nail because my previous experience was not like this. So, I go about my day, and the next day my nails chip many times. Not just one nail, multiple, and they get worse and worse, and dip should be thick enough it does chip – this made no sense. I went back and complained and wanted it fixed, and a lady helped me. But, she didn’t take off my original dip, she just put a darker color on top. She filed my nails SO SHORT, to get rid of the chipped polish, instead of taking the polish off and then putting it back on, and then she filed into my skin three times, and broke my skin, so I have three separate cuts on my fingers from her file, that hurt when exposed to water. I am worried I have an infection. Additionally, she filled my nails millimeters shorter and made them pointy, when they were perfectly fine and recently filed, as I was there 3 days earlier. Then she left me for another client, and didn’t say a word, so I sat there waiting, drying them, and then decided to leave because it had been over an hour and a half and she hadn’t even taken off the polish – idk how it took this long, I was the only one there. Additionally, when you touch the top of my nail, it is crunchy and bubbly and bumpy, so it was definitely not done right. I don’t believe I could possibly chip them because of how SHORT and THICK they are now, but I am not satisfied. My fingers hurt and then don’t look good. I had the worst experience here. I had gotten dip powder twice at a different place before and it last a month without any chips or smugges.
