I just moved to the area and took the recommendation of a friend to go here. I was able to get an appointment same day. My color and cut were amazing! The stylist Danielle took the time to listen to what I wanted and I love how my hair looks. The atmosphere was cozy and friendly. I’ll definitely be making this my go to spot!

I bought a Groupon for 3 facials there. I had scheduled a facial, and the day of my apt., their person quit, and they called me. 2-3 months later they didn’t have a new person. I got a reimbursement from Groupon , and re-bought it because they said they were trying to hire someone. I left numerous messages to try and schedule it, but nobody returned my call. Finally I talked to someone at Chateau and they said I should get a reimbursement from Groupon because they still hadn’t hired anyone. For something that’s supposed to be a relaxing experience, this really was stressful and sucked. Plus, it messed up my planned facial schedule that I try to keep.
