My husband gifted me a day including a facial, manicure, pedicure, and massage. I’m not a frilly woman, so I was skeptical. Everyone was very friendly and kind, and I completed the day so incredibly relaxed. It was more than I could have imagined. But: I want to specifically thank Janice, for my pedi and mani. All of the services were amazing, but Janice earned a special place in my heart for how dedicated she was to making me feel and look good. I enjoyed my spa afternoon here with my sister. The facial was amazing, i got the Dr Grossman facial and my esthetician Roseanna was so nice and took extra care for me. Even recommended me a exfoliate that was actually reasonably priced! My sister loved her esthetician too. The massages were great as well. This is definitely worth the price and experience.

This is my fourth time at this specific spa. I celebrated birthdays, girl’s night, and even my own bachelorette party here. So, I really hate to leave a negative review, but the spa at Chateau Elan has regressed immensely since the last time I visited. I was charged over $300 for my 80 minute massage and the poor therapist who looked over 70 years old and walked with a limp. I felt so guilty that I could not say anything during and after my massage. During the massage, I asked for the pressure to be adjusted multiple times, but I honestly believe Mr. Lee was not able to meet my needs due to lack of experience or training. I have weekly therapist and there isn’t even a comparison to how much better he is at his job and knowledge of massages. The interior is NOTHING fancy or comparable to other high end spas, and the steam sauna smelled of mold. As a person who loves massages, and gets them regularly, I would never recommend Chateau Elan.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I booked a surprise, 1-Year Anniversary spa treatment for my husband and I and whoever scheduled the reservation scheduled it for the wrong month. When we arrived for the appointment, we were told it was scheduled for the wrong month and they offered to squeeze us in 2 hours after the already scheduled time which would have messed up the entire day of events planned for our 1-Year, so we were not able to do the one thing we were looking forward to most. The girl at the front desk was nice enough but the manager showed absolutely ZERO concern which is extremely disappointing considering they knew it was an Anniversary celebration. The manager was standing there but said absolutely nothing. I completely understand mistakes happen and I would not be leaving this review if it weren’t for the blatant lack of concern shown by management. Our expectations were much higher for such an establishment at this caliber. Can’t express more our extreme disappointment.

Greatest quick get away we’ve ever had. The staff was phenomenal aside from one grumpy porter who seemed very disturbed to be doing his job. The Marc restaurant manager was absolutely fantastic. Full conversation, sat with us and talked and it didn’t seemed forced or like an obligation. We talked about life and family and everything. My wife and I loved him! The spa staff was amazing too, the server we had for breakfast, Brandi, was so great and a joy to talk to. Every second of this 2 days was incredible and we can’t wait to go back!! Oh and the Irish pub…super laid back and fun experience!

Very nice couples massage on a Sunday. 70 minutes!! man it’s a lot of rubbing. My masseuse did a great job. The wife was not as pleased. Very conscious of covid-19. A lot of safe guards. The facilities are pristine. 70-in flat screen in the men’s bathroom playing the falcons game was sweet. We stayed at the hotel for the night. Here are some pics of the holiday lights that just went up.
