Chasen Perfection is a great salon! VERY clean with amazing nail techs. Jackie does my nails and she is amazing. I am never disappointed after an appointment. All of the techs are wonderful and they always make you feel at home. I highly recommend them! I’d never go anywhere else!

After nearly 40 years I’ve decided to have my nails done. I went in to inquire about services as this was much closer to my home than the place I went to two days before. First of all it was unclear who to talk to. The woman at the first chair on the right when you walk in apparently works there but was doing her own nails. She is the one that I have qualms with. I asked about gel vs lacquer pain services and that woman girl tried telling me I needed a fill already which I was leery about. The woman in the next chair seemed more reasonable an suggested end of next week would make more sense. (Did the first place do a bad job or was she just trying make a buck off someone that has no clue?)

Ashley is very personable. Always knows how to make me feel welcomed. I can always rely on her to make my nails look perfect, I don’t even have to tell her what to do-she surprises me everytime! Never have been disappointed. The salon is so clean and everyone is super friendly upon arriving.

Update two days after Tiffany did my nails. They chipped. I texted her and she is still blowing me off .saying she doesn’t work after 4 .But .she did my nails after 430. People ..beware I WILL TAKE THE LOSS BUT WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE !!! I was trying to find a place closer to my house to get my nails done, and I wanted them to last at least 3 weeks two at the most . And this was right up the street so I went in there and the girl told me that it’s $32 for a gel manicure and that she does glitter for free I got my nails done there she did an amazing job they were beautiful no qualms there but within a week there were chips within two and a half weeks they were all chipped up. Mind you I work in an office so they shouldn’t have got that bad. So I went back for my second appointment and I found designs with glitter and I showed it to her and next thing I know here I am paying 40 bucks for a gel manicure that’s going to last me 2 weeks, Heads up people it’s not worth it. then after she grinded off all my nail polish I asked her what the lines and dips in them I asked her what they were from .Knowing she was a little to rough on my nails because my nail was feeling hot and she laughed and said they were age lines, I Googled it and it’s because they use the drill to take it off and sometimes they go in too deep I never had anyone use a drill on my nails before this visit and I’m never going to have them again because I’m not ever going back. I agree with the other lady this was the girl when you walk in the door the first girl on the right hand side sorry Tiffany.you could be nicer, didn’t talk the whole hour and a half hour I was there

I have been going to Chasen Perfection for more than 5 years and have never left disappointed! The staff is always polite and the cleanliness is beyond compare. They even made special accommodations for my grandfather who was battling ALS. I will never go anywhere else!
