Best kept secret in Broward. Salon is clean and inviting, staff is professional and welcoming. I’m OCD about by nails and now there’s no where else I would go. Highly recommend!!! I would be a client for life. Everyone is really great at what they do and pride themselves on customer satisfaction. It’s a privilege to have fabulous nails and friendly service at such a reasonable price. I can go on and go on. Keep it up guys! (The last pic we haven’t even finished yet and it’s still better than most techs’ finished work… LOVE IT HERE)

I will continue to request services at Chase Nails. I got a fancier set than normal and the prices are always reasonable. I barely started getting manicures this year and am still a little nervous when I go to new places but they are so welcoming and helpful when you come in. I love the very wonderful job they did on my nails. Pretty inside and beautiful manicures. Sweet girls!

I made an appointment by phone. I’m picky. I was very specific about what I wanted. I happened to be in the neighborhood that day and popped into the salon to show the nail tech pictures and double check to see if they could do it . She was very pleasant and said it would be no problem. I showed up the next day early for my appointment. They told me the tech wasn’t there and stuck me in a pedicure chair . About 10 minutes later a tech came by and the lady said. The tech I booked wasn’t here yet and this person was going to start my pedicure. I said I would wait for the tech I booked an appointment with . 30 minutes later the manager told me we couldn’t do what I requested but, this person will see me. No thank you. He continues to raise his voice as this is my fault. Don’t waste your money. If they can’t honor an appointment. Worst customer service
