I initially called and asked her to give me an estimate with the length of my hair which was a little passed my shoulders and I needed a touch up and highlight because I work with a girl who does her hair and she only charges 60-70 dollars for her hair. I know everyone is different but anyhow she asked me what type of toner do I want. I do not do hair. I told her the color I wanted I have no idea about toners so I told her how I wanted my haircut and when I tell you she almost cut me bald. She kept cutting and cutting for at least 45 minutes and I do have dead ends but she cut it all off. Than she started to put the color in my hair and was done and I told her you didn’t even give me a price. She said she was charging for some type of sealant treatment I did not even ask for or she did not even give me that option and she charged 20.00 for that and the total cost was $145. I was crying when I left there. I told her I did not like my hair and that she cut it too short and she didn’t even apologize and give me a discount. All she did was swipe my card for $145.00. I told her there was no way that hair was worth $145.00. Very unsatisfied. Would never go back to her. She not only cut too much she overcharges. She is not worth $145.00. Way too much for what she did to my hair.
