Charmlux has been my go to spot for mani/pedi, gel and Nexgen. The manager/owner Trina, is always friendly and professional. It is very inviting and clean inside. Thu is my girl for Pedicures – just ask for her and give her a chance. She’s calm, collected, gives the best leg massages and the best at nail polish. So happy I found a new “home.”

I don’t remember the guys name but he needs an attitude adjustment & better nail technique training. Two of my nails were crooked, so I brought it to his attention. Next thing I know he started packing up his stuff & Helen took over. They really need to get him in check. Helen didn’t do any better because my nails were uneven. Waste of time & money.

I moved from Mesquite to Frisco 4 months ago. I’ve been searching this whole time for a great nail technician and I’ve found her at this location. Eden is amazing. They’re super busy, but of course is due to the great work they do here. I highly recommended to try this nail salon if you haven’t done so already. Thank you for a great service and a frozen margarita. I will be coming back for future services.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! My review is long overdue. I have been going to Charmlux since 2018. Prior to Charmlux, I went to a different nail spa for a nail set as I was to attend my best friend’s funeral. The other place did a horrible job as I was told I had to cut off my real nails in order to add nail tips. I did and was a bad decision. After her funeral, I needed to keep getting my nails done since I didn’t have nails of my own. I decided to go to Charmlux. I told one of the managers what happened at the previous location and told him I need someone that is very good and who listens to my needs. I have been going to Eden and Tracy ever since. I love these ladies. Don is very good too. The managers are very nice and every one is so friendly. I have referred many of my friends. Charmlux will take good care of you. Tell them Mrs. Jerri sent ya 🙂

I went in to get a fill and showed them a few areas that needed additional filing so that the new product wouldn’t lift. They refused to do what I asked (I have done my nails on my own for over 20 years, so I know what I’m doing). They informed me I needed a new set to accomplish no lifting as I was experiencing. I went ahead and did the full set against my wishes. The very next day I had separation between my nail and the acrylic. Within a few days i had one nail that broke and within 2 weeks there are 4 that are curling in the corners enabling water to seep under which is the root cause of fungus and nail infections. I’m having to clip them, file them and secure these areas with super glue until I’m ready for my next fill. I can go 6 weeks without this happening from my salon but I was visiting and was in need of a fill. I feel totally taken advantage of and overpaid for a service that is not holding up to what they said. Plus the tech arguing with me was uncalled for.

I asked for “kids lavender” pedicures and wasn’t informed that they’d be charged as a adults. They didn’t take their own online coupon. And my 10 year old daughter was up sold without my knowledge to get her toe nails done as well. Ended up paying $174 … zero tip of course:

Best place for NexGen in Frisco – trust me! I came to this salon after years of getting acrylics, and having to find a new salon after ownership changes forced me out. Charmlux was recommended to me, and I have been going ever since! I transitioned to NexGen nails, and have the BEST nail tech! They are so welcoming and friendly, the salon is always clean, bright and inviting, and they truly care about making sure you are happy with their services.
