I have using this salon for the past two years. Yesterday was my last time there. I am so disappointed. I had a spa pedicure by a girl who has been there since I’ve been going. She worked under the old boss. The pedicure was amazing!! Her demeanor and professionalism were exactly the reason I had been going here for so many years. I can only get time to have my nails done about every 4 to 6 weeks. This is nothing new. While I was getting my pedicure, the owner came over to look at my nails. I said I needed fill ins to which she agreed. I went over to sit a the nail station. The girl doing my nails chipped the TOP of the gel, which was going to be trimmed and filled down anyway, and told me my gels were “too old” and had to be redone. I didn’t want to argue but I told her I was short on time and if she could just keep going, she insisted on “redoing” the gels. I had one broken nail, I told her numerous times that I did not want an extension put on my finger, again she insisted and made comments with the owner in their language and they both were laughing. Basically, embarrassing me. Because this woman went on and on and on. You don’t need to understand another language to know when people are talking about you! So I had the extension done, which she ended up filing down to the top of my finger, where it was in the first place, as well as all my other nails, which I told her the length I wanted when I sat down, which was not what she did. No hand massage but a back “massage” that left my back aching today. I work in the area and used to recommend people to this place…not anymore.
