I came in at 545 they close at 7 I wanted a pedicure an manicure but they said I can only get one. Like WT they should just close at 6. I ended up getting my eyebrows messed all the way up for 12 bucks lucky me they still growing so thank god they will come back. Stick to what you know.

I went here for the first time March 30.. I received gel powder nail extensions and had my eyebrows waxed… my nails look horrible, I showed her a picture of how I want my nails done in length and shape… I wish I could add the pics here so you can see what I asked for verses what I got… she waxed my eyebrows and some of my skin came off too…. And today, April 5, not even a week later my pinky nail came off… I’m very disappointed in the service I received and they are way overpriced.. my total was 97.00. I will not be returning to this place..

Great salon for basic manicures and pedicures. This is not the place for customers needing more specialized service with tips with liquid gel or acrylic, silk wrap, or dip powder. My nails never stayed on even a week and stupidly I kept going back and paying the high prices for months. The problem was that my real nails were too weak and really needed tips, but the staff kept insisting to use my real nails. In fairness the owner did give me a slight discount once but the problem kept on happening anyway! I found a great place this summer just by chance not far away and my nails stay on now! I don’t mind paying the money but I want a quality job. Nice staff at Charming but I personally feel cheated. Maybe my experience there is isolated from others. The hot stone neck massage is a nice touch but it can add time onto the visit if you’re in a rush.

I got a very nice pedicure but they are way overpriced. I passed on getting a refill w gel polish when she told me it would be 55.00. Other places are between 28 and 35$.. they even charged me an extra 5$ for essie polish. There are too many other salons in the area that do just as good a job and are more reasonably priced.

I have tried a few times to go here for service each time it was a very bad experience. They don’t know how to do dip powder, nail designs and overall clueless of doing nails. Don’t waist your time or money.

I can’t believe I’ve driven by this place 100 times and never noticed it – it’s across from Giant, behind and to the side of the IHOP. It was excellent! Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure because I had a $5 off coupon from my local MoneyMailer (they also have them posted online). On top of the standard lotion hand massage that comes with manicures, I not expecting to get a free bonus short hot rock massage while my nails dried (only a minute over my clothes but AMAZING), leg massage during the pedicure (the automatic chair massage was great, too!). I feel so refreshed – it was like a little taste of a spa-day but at nail salon prices. There was no wait, every table was full, friendly staff – I’m impressed.

Humm? I’m new to the neighbor and decided to give this salon a try. I was impressed with the hot stone massage, leg massage, and the service. Hence 2 stars. Yet, after seeing my toe polish looking blotchy and streaky. I mention it to the young lady that did my pedicure and she blew me off! Saying that’s how the polish is suppose to be. Huh? WT? I said, I’m new to the neighbor not new to pedicures. I know what it should look like and what acetone down polish looks like. So not to cause a scene I just left. So, for $35 and a $5 tip thank you for blowing me off. I’ll never come back. Signed, new to the neighborhood

I would definitely recommend this salon. I only got my nails painted, which was $15, but they also gave me a back rub along with hot compress things on my neck. As for the actual nails, I did not get anything fancy, just painted, but they turned out VERY well. I loved it. My friend who I went with got tips I believe and then painted and hers also turned out perfectly. They had many brands and many colors to choose from, along with the gel option that is very popular now, which is more expensive but apparently lasts much longer. I didn’t go for that since I don’t like to spend money, but I’m sure it would have been great. They were very nice there and I plan on going back very soon. 5 stars from me, even though it’s not the closest to me at 20 minutes away

I needed an emergency mani pedi near my wedding venue- in an unfamiliar town and walked in. I’m so glad I discovered this gem! It was literally the best mani pedi I ever received! She did the best looking French manicure and the experience was superb as well. I’m really touchy about my cuticles but I experienced very minimal discomfort as compared with other places. The massages were also among the best and included lavender essential oil. On top of that the price was super reasonable. I will probably go out of my way to go here in the future even though it’s a drive for me.
