Always friendly and professional. They get you in as fast as they can and it doesn’t take a long time. I really appreciate them being as fast and courteous as possible. It was only about 3 nail techs there the other day and it amazed me at how fast I was in and out. I will continue to keep coming to this nail shop. They do good work here. Thanks for my birthday nails! The prices have gone up a bit more than my last visit but that’s fine when your work is good. I suggest this nail shop if your in the area.

Mom & I visited Charming Nails for the first time today. We have gone to several salons in the area and this one was the best. Not much curb appeal but when you enter the salon it’s very clean, quiet and relaxing. The services we received from Vivian, Jessica and TN today were exceptional. Jessica did an excellent job on my Mom’s nails. She took extra time and care with Mom’s cuticles since the last place we went to wrecked them to the point they bled. Vivian was fast but articulate doing my nails; they look perfect. TN did my pedicure and her attention to detail was on point. My feet, unfortunately, need a lot of TLC and she did an outstanding job. All services today were well worth the time and money. I believe we have finally found our regular nail salon and will be returning every few weeks for our Mother/Daughter time.

First time there, was looking for a place that uses disposable liners for pedicures and this place not only uses them, but wears gloves and is sanitary. The lady who did my pedicure did a wonderful job, was very gentle with leg massage and very careful to have nails look flawless! Very happy! My only question was i wasnt asked to dry nails under a dryer when finished and am wondering if they have foot nail dryers. If not, i was still given time to sit to have them dry a little but a dryer would be best. Overall, 5 stars!!

Visited the establishment last weekend at 5:30 pm, the hours of operation were until 7 pm. Requested a regular polish manicure and pedicure. They were busy but I was directed to sit in a chair. After waiting 30 minutes someone did the manicure. When I asked about the pedicure I was told to come back not enough time or anyone to do it. However, I watched three employees start cleaning the place at 6:25 pm. Observed them taking someone at 6:45 pm to do a waxing. Even seeing this on Sat. I went back this evening at 5:30 pm for a manicure. I was curious to see how it would go today. I was directed to a chair again had to wait 30 minutes before they started the process. They were busy again today. Two ladies came in at around 6:25 pm for manicures and pedicures. I couldn’t believe it when the owner took them. When I went to pay at 7 pm they were just starting the pedicure for one lady. I asked the price of a manicure and pedicure. Was told by the owner that it was $50 when done at the same time but $30.00 each when done separately. I explained that I had come for both on Sat but was not provided the service for both. The owner actually responded I should come earlier. Needless to say this was not the best response. I explained what I had observed on Sat and today. She could have cared less! So I voiced that it has cost me $10.00 more plus 2 trips. Needless to say the customers time is obviously not valuable in the owners eye. So I voiced I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also never even received a thank you from the staff either day and to make it worse I had even tipped them. My recommendation is to save your time and money and go somewhere where you will be appreciated. The place is definitely not Charming Nails!

I’m so please with my nail repair, fill and gel Pedi. I was skeptical after reading reviews on three (3) nail salons in Greenville but decided to give “Charming Nails” my business. It was clearly the best decision. My fill and pedicure were done at the same time resulting in quick service with quality results. I absolutely love the color which was selected for me when I showed the nail tech a red dress I wanted to match. I scheduled the nail fill online but the website was telling me they were booked for pedicures. I called and was able to schedule both that day. I will always return to Charming Nails as there is no need for me to go anywhere else!.
