Charming Nails

Critical: Quality, ValueMy daughter and I visited this salon by appointment 6/10/2021. We were promptly greeted and serviced upon arrival. We had a great experience and were satisfied when we left the salon. We both received gel polish manicures and traditional polish pedicures. However, less than a week later both my daughter (15) and my gel polish began to peel. This is extremely unusual, as our gel polish always last 2-3 weeks. I did re-visit the salon to get it fixed, thinking it was just one finger. Staff was extremely nice, and promptly fixed my nail. However, within 2 days the other fingers began to peel. I currently have a whole hand with missing polish. A few days after the gel polish began to peel my toe nail polish began to chip.We recently relocated to the area and have been in search of a new nail salon. As our usual salon is in Pennsauken, and now that “outside” is open Rt. 42 is a pain navigating at times. However, after witnessing the quality of work at this nail salon my daughter and I have decided to battle the traffic and stick to what we know!Again staff is extremely nice, personable and professional – hence why we gave them 1 star. My daughter and I visited this salon by appointment 6/10/2021. We were promptly greeted and serviced upon arrival. We had a great experience and were satisfied when we left the salon. We both received gel polish manicures and traditional polish pedicures. However, less than a week later both my daughter (15) and my gel polish began to peel. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came in at 10am for dip powder and pedicure. I get gel on my feet. I sat in the pedicure chair and asked for minimal use of the power drill tool as it’s made my toes super thin over time. It’s ok for the top layer to be drilled off but I’d prefer to have the rest soaked off. He stated he didn’t have time. I said I’d pay more. He said they won’t do it that way, so I left. I came in at 10am for dip powder and pedicure. I get gel on my feet. I sat in the pedicure chair and asked for minimal use of the power drill tool as it’s made my toes super thin over time. It’s ok for the top layer to be drilled off but I’d prefer to have the rest soaked off. He stated he didn’t have time. I said I’d pay more. He said they won’t do it that way, so I left.
