*side note on the health of my nails before* I’m someone who’s always done acrylic nails, so obviously that has damaged my nails. Of course the application would of looked 10x better if my nails were more healthy but I’m still super proud of Tammy’s work and this chrome finish gel manicure.

First thing is First my wife got cut on the hand so beware!!! Honestly Eden nails where we go or any other nail salon is way better than this place!! My wife came to this sorry excuse of a nail salon last minute before Thanksgiving to get a last minute touch up/refill and regret coming and would rather have had the nails looking bad then to come to a Nail “technician” who she complained and didn’t want to work the first time or to fix her horrible work the second time and then pay an expensive set of refill for $55, which wasn’t worth it! These people here are flat out liars! They don’t want to work and said there was no acrylic tech “working” when I called to complain and tried to tell us to come the next day but that same person who did my wife’s nails was there to fix it when we came inside. That’s funny… I’m the Husband and I could even tell the the did an awful job. Anytime you come out and your nail is crooked and they blame you that is your finger. Don’t come women please run away!!

10 out of 5 stars. This salon is very possibly the best I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been getting a gel manicure every 6 weeks or so for the last 4 or 5 years so I have lots to compare to. Today was my second time going to this location. The nail technician the first time paid incredible attention to detail and while I tipped her accordingly, I figured I had just gotten lucky. Then I went again today and got a different technician that was just as wonderful. They both took their time and went slow to go fast if you know what I mean. In addition to the great job they both did, the salon itself and beautifully decorated and very clean. Seriously, 10 out of 5 stars.

Horrible, they made my nails crooked, and full of little tiny bubbles, and the next day the gel was pealing off and my tips were fading and I don’t work with computers, when I came to ask them if the could please the crooked nail and the color they tried to blame me , instead of apologize and accept their mistake, they charge me 55$ Plus I tip her 10$ for a gel filling and when they shaped they they made one crooked, my husband called to ask if someone could fix me and then said there was no acrylic technician to come another day or tomorrow, I stop by 5 mints later and the technician was there and were not busy at all and when I told them what I came for they tried to make

I was having a really bad day and just wanted to take some time out for myself. I made a 6pm appointment however got there late due to family issues. The nail tech told me since I was late for my appointment she could only do my manicure and not the pedicure. I agreed especially since I was almost 30 min late for my appointment. Well I think the nail tech sensed I was not having a good day so she was kind enough to offer to stay late so I could get both my manicure and pedicure. She had plans for that evening and adjusted her personal schedule in order to accommodate my needs. She was pleasant and took her time to make sure she did a good job! I appreciate nail tech Trang for her kindness and dedication, you did make my day!

Me & my sister got our eye brows & a full set & i got a pedicure as well Elena did my nails she did a great job .. at first i was scared bc it was a new place but they did amazing my nails are literally exactly how the picture i showed her ! THANK YOU SO MUCH . I found my permanent nail place to go too from now on ! I will definitely be returning to this place if you ever come here ask for Elena she will get you right !

If I could give this place a zero I would. The lady at the front is extremely rude with absolutely no customer service! I made an appointment at 6pm and when I got there my technician was running behind. That’s not an issue, but I had to be somewhere so I told them I would just reschedule being that she is running behind. The receptionist started getting upset with me and denied me of rescheduling because she claims she told me she would be “15-20min” late on the phone which she never mentioned. I told her that was not true otherwise I would have rescheduled. She started raising her voice and getting upset in front of the customers. I told her nevermind and walked out because I refuse to be disrespected like that. If you want to be treated in a respectful manner DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!

Okay ,it does really matter who you see and who does your work ! I’m going to them for almost a year now and definitely not all of them are great ! I had very bad experience with one of the ladies ( can’t remember name! ) ,She took almost 3 hours on my gel refill and still I went home with un even nails and they all chipped or came out next day !! One of the gentleman’s is good ,he is very detailed and knows what he does.Long story short I don’t say all are good and the five star does not belong to everyone there , But NANCY IS THE BEST. I highly recommend her , she knows what she is doing , very detailed and real artist, her work is clean,looks great and natural and very professional. Try Nancy
