Felt very welcomed when I came in. Although, there were a lot of customers (great sign), I was seen right away. I wanted a gel manicure. I had one lady start with me and then when another customer came in, they switched me to a guy name “Lin?. He was very friendly , accomodating and fast. My natural color gel manicure came out nice. Great experience!!!! Charming place indeed! Will be back!

She is absolutely wonderful and efficient at doing dip powder nails, which is a very involved process and requires a good skill level if you want them to last long. I had to go in one day that Luz was off and the owner of the salon (Jen?) had to do my dip powder. Some of her steps were different from Luz’s and my nails began cracking/chipping 3 days after. Never went to her again. From watching everyone work and experiencing different nail techs, Luz is the only one I trust! I moved to this area last year and tried out several nail techs at this salon before finding the one that does my nails the best – her name is Luz. She is absolutely wonderful and efficient at doing dip powder nails, which is a very involved process and requires a good skill level if you want them to last long. I have been following Danny for over 10 years. He is amazing. Danny and his wife bought the salon and treat everyone with kindness. They have too notch manis and pedis. The best massages as well. I recently started bringing my mother there too. They treat her like a queen. The salon is always clean and the tools are always sanitized as well. I highly recommend CHARMING NAILS to everyone.

I have been going here for more than a year and have had nothing but great treatment. I regularly spend 2 1/2 times the cost of a “standard” pedicure for a “spa pedicure”. You would think that a regular customer, who spends more than $50 for a pedicure would get an experienced technician, just because you want a happy customer. I didn’t! It wasn’t so busy that there was no one else available either! The technician really didn’t know what she was doing, from dealing with callused skin, cuticles, to massage…also was shorted time on the massage and she didn’t bother with the “free paraffin” that was supposed to be included with the s “spa pedicure” All in all an unpleasant, expensive and disappointing experience. The owner is a very gracious lady so hope you see this and make a point of not doing this to a regular customer again.

I went there once on a Saturday and the pedicure was rushed. I did go back another time during the week and the guy who did my pedicure and gel manicure did a fantastic job! My gel manicure is now 2.5 weeks old and no chips!
