YOU MAY BE CONCERNED ABOUT SAFE PROCEDURES. HERE IS WHAT WE DO TO ENSURE YOUR TOTAL SAFETY AT OUR NAIL SALON & SPA. Our nail tools are disinfected or disposed of according to the high standards set by State Board. We clean our hands prior to each service and use clean towels for each client. We never use a blade to cut any type of skin, including calluses. We sanitize and disinfect all reusable nail tools in accordance with state regulations and industry “best practices”. Any tools that can’t be disinfected are disposed of or given to the client after a single use. You are welcome to bring in your own tools. We still disinfect your tools before using them, as required by state law.

Clean and bright. They use gloves and pedicure bowl liners as well as individual new packages of tools on each person. Great service. Nice massage chairs. Huge menu of offerings. Pedicures start at $35, eyebrows start at $15.

My group had a great time getting our nails done and celebrating our friend, a bride. We booked well in advance and Steven was an absolute pleasure to work out details with! We came from out of town and he was kind enough to scan and email the menu to us so we could tell him what we wanted ahead of time. All of us were very pleased with our manicures/pedicures! The salon was so modern and elegant, as well as very clean and sanitized. I saw them open new equipment for every one of us and use liners for the pedicures. Highly recommend!

Got a gel mani, pedi with callous removal and eyebrows. Total was $97. Yes they are expensive but my main concern is how my nails are chipping in less than 24 hours and the nail tech did not paint all the way down to my cuticles. I noticed today when it was light outside how bad my nails look. This is just unacceptable.

Did a gelx manicure and within the same night 3 nails had popped off!! By the time I went to bed, my right hand had no nails left! I was so upset because I truly loved the design but this is so unacceptable since they barely stayed on! I’ve done gelx myself and this has never happened. I wanted to love this place because it’s so bright and clean and beautiful. It was my first time there, I was a walk-in and they were able to take me. My actual nails look nice but the prices are higher than I’ve ever paid for a mani/pedi – even a luxurious one. And I was not satisfied with what was included with the manicure.

2 friends from work got me a gift certificate for my birthday to this nail salon. The nail tech was friendly and professional. The atmosphere was really nice and clean which is always a plus. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the time it took to get seen. I had an appointment for 11am. I left before 1030 to get there a little early. I got a call on my way there, asking me to change my appointment to 12. Normally I would be okay with that, but I had already left and was traveling from Baltimore. I got there just before 11am and was waiting 20 or so minutes before I was called back. Understandably they were busy and looked a little short staffed. So I’m not going to let that keep me from going there again.

I stopped going to pro nails in Timonium, and I’ve been to charming lounge twice so far and I am beyond happy with my Pedi and full set. They take their time, wear gloves, everything is clean, new tools and so many different colors to choose from. All the staff is very friendly. I will definitely continue coming back!

I got the hybrid gel manicure, Steven is the nail tech. He shapes very well and he takes his time. It cost about $55 for the fill for the hybrid gel. Place is very clean and not many people are in there. They only take appointments and is never a wait. Of you get the hybrid gel Steve is the only one who is certified to do them….if you go with your friend and she/he wants to get that then of course there will be a wait!!!! I’m satisfied with my nails.
