Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been here twice. June 2021 and April 2022. My first visit (June 2021) was fine but based on my April 2022 visit I won’t be back.Had an appointment at 9 AM. They didn’t show up till around 9:30. The lady overbooked, it was 3 of us but she could only take 2 people so she called her friend who said she would show up in an hour to do me. I sat there until almost 11AM waiting on her friend to come and braid me but she never showed up so I just left without getting my hair braided. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHad an appointment at 9. The place wasn’t open. Called and told her and she said she wasn’t there yet. I come back 15 minutes later and she’s already started on others hair. And she tells me that she gets lots of calls so she can’t tell who was the appointment and who wasn’t so she thought one of the ones she took was me. If clients make an appointment, you should write down their information so you can differentiate. On top of that she was very rude and speaking very loudly to me. Had an appointment at 9. The place wasn’t open. Called and told her and she said she wasn’t there yet. I come back 15 minutes later and she’s already started on others hair. And she tells me that she gets lots of calls so she can’t tell who was the appointment and who wasn’t so she thought one of the ones she took was me. Instead she gave me big blocks. My hair was not full at all like the picture I showed them. I requested half of my money back. She decline. Insisted on redoing her sister’s work. I do not recommend!! Kelly and her sister rushed on my hair to go pick up kids and some food. I ask for a knotless boho bob and even showed a picture. Instead she gave me big blocks. My hair was not full at all like the picture I showed them. I requested half of my money back. She decline. Insisted on redoing her sister’s work. Not one time did she apologize for first of all being late and for booking the other client for Friday, October 1st instead of Saturday, October 2nd. She booked myself and another client at the same time with no help. I left and came back 3 hours later and she made excuses after excuses. Not one time did she apologize for first of all being late and for booking the other client for Friday, October 1st instead of Saturday, October 2nd. She’s very unprofessional with a nasty attitude toward customers.

Hello to the capital NO. 100.00 wasted. Who burn the end of braids and plait them together. No one I’ve ever been too. Not only was my hair a hit mess, the braids were not even and not plaited all the way to the end. Have had that style several times, but never dissatisfied like I was. My head is so sore beyond belief, and I can barely comb my hair. It hurts to touch as well as trying to style in a simple natural ponytail. Will NOT be returning.
