honestly horrible. my acrylic nails came out lumpy and i mentioned it and she “fixed it” but adding more paint and said i touched the towel with my nails wet ( i didn’t) but still didn’t actually fix the problem. the nails are still extremely lumpy and ugly. the design isn’t symmetrical. ( i got a french tip and it’s not even) its been 5 days, not even a whole week and my nails are falling off, chipping, the polish is straight up turning a darker color and the matte went away after 1 day. I do not recommend this place for acrylic nails. go somewhere where ur nails won’t fall off till abt 1.5-2 weeks, not 4-5 days. not to mention the lady didn’t even bother to cut my natural long nails or ask the length for the acrylic i had to stop her from cutting short so i could choose my length. i don’t like being a hater but don’t go to this place if you want acrylics.

I have watched her greet clients with enthusiasm, respect, and kindness. Unfortunately, those sentiments were not offered to me. I made an appointment for a repaint due to chipped polish on the pedicure I received a few days prior. I arrived for my appointment. As I sat in my car to exchange my shoes, Christine aggressively walked to my car and basically told me to hurry up. She accused me of causing the polish to chip. She made it very clear that I was not deserving of her time in addressing a simple fix. Regardless if this problem was caused by me or the initial application, did not warrant such nasty unprofessional behavior. I noticed that the wrong review was put with Charmers Nail Salon. I am up dating my review as I want customers to know how much I like this shop. I see Katie to take care of my nails and she is great. My nail turn out beautiful and very natural looking every time. The shop itself is quite good and they take walk ins as well. The ladies are quite good and very attentive to their customers. I highly recommend Charmers Nail Salon on Foothill next to Star Bucks.

Ladies are always polite, cordial, and attentive to their working with their customers. They can do designs and whatever you may need. I have been going to this shop for over 20 years. I am now a handicap person but they give me the utmost respect and caring. You can’t miss with these ladies.
