Medical Spa
Botox and Dysport
Relax and smooth wrinkles on the forehead, between brows, crow’s feet, neck bands and around the mouth like the chin area and lip lines. In addition, Botox is commonly performed on the masseter muscle to slim the face and create facial contouring. Botox can also be administered in the armpit for excess sweating and works for a long time to diminish sweating. Micro-botox can also be used under the eyes and above the brows to fine tune wrinkles and lines. Our provider has extensive experience in advanced Botox and Dysport techniques so that your results will be customized for your goals with your best aesthetic outcome. In addition, we offer Brilliant Distinctions for Botox and Aspire for Dysport so that you can save instantly on your treatments. Botox and Dysport have no downtime and the results can last 4-6 months.
Chemical Peels
Medical grade chemical peels like ZO 123 Step Peel, ZO Stimulator Peel as well as ViPeel are used to treat wrinkles, sun damage, acne and to get skin healthy on a cellular level. In addition, we have customized chemical peels specific for your skin concerns. Chemical peels are a great option for oily and acne prone skin and will help to shrink pores and reduce breakouts. Our chemical peels are stronger than traditional salons and spas and they provide better results. Chemical peels are also a great treatment for wrinkles and sun damage and to remove dead skin build up and make your skin glow. In addition, chemical peels can be combined with microdermabrasion or Intense Pulsed Light for the ultimate treatment in one day. Our med spa has a full spectrum of chemical peels to use based on your goals and skin type.
Customized Skin Care
Detailed skin analysis followed by customized comprehensive medical grade skin care with management to address skin conditions like rosecea, sun damage, acne, oily or dry skin, skin disorders and more. If you are looking for skin care products that you can notice a remarkable change in your skin, we have the best skin care products options with expert advice on how to use them. Many people have combination skin issues like rosecea with acne and dry skin with sun damage which requires a completely customized approach. We use only medical grade skin care products like ZO Skin Health made by Dr. Obagi. We have seen results that are very impressive in as little as 3 weeks with the right skin care products. In addition, skin care can enhance collagen and firm skin reducing wrinkles and lines.
Dermal Fillers Restylane and Juvederm
Dermal fillers like Restylane, Juvederm and Belotero have been used to treat a variety of concerns including lines and folds around the mouth, smoker’s lines, acne scarring, traumatic scars, depressions under the eyes and to lift and contour the face in the cheek area. In addition, fillers can be used to treat a recessed chin and give a more defined jaw line. Another popular area for fillers are the lips to plump and enhance the upper and lower lips. Fillers can be used in the hands and neck lines. Dermal fillers also rebuild and restore collagen so that results tend to last longer. Our provider is skilled with using a cannula for dermal fillers to reduce the incidence of bruising and swelling. In addition, our provider has trained many other health care professionals on the fine art of using dermal fillers and is considered an expert aesthetic provider.
Exilis Ultra
Exilis Ultra uses radiofrequency and ultrasound to tighten and firm the skin on the face, neck and body. The energy from radiofrequency stimulates new collagen production and also tightens existing collagen. After Exilis Ultra treatments, you feel refreshed and skin feels alive! There is absolutely no downtime with Exilis Ultra and you can schedule treatments the day of a special event for that extra glow. Exilis Ultra is excellent for crepey skin and to address sagging of any area of the face, neck as well as arms, abdomen and legs. We have seen better results with Exilis Ultra than with traditional Exilis Elite and Thermage. Another impressive area of treatment with Exilis Ultra is around the eyes to lift the brows and tighten the under eye sagging skin.
Facials, Microdermabrasions and Dermaplaning
Our skin care services are customized specifically for your concerns and needs to maximize your skin care goals. One of the most popular skin treatments is a microdermabrasion to remove dead skin and stimulate fresh collagen. Our microdermabrasion has a medical grade diamond tip for the ultimate experience and results. Our facials are completely customized to your skin type and skin care goals and can be focused on hydration and dry skin, acne and oily skin as well as red carpet ready time frames. Relax and renew with a beautiful facial with microdermabrasion.
Infini Microneedling with Radiofrequency
If you are looking for the best combination procedure to treat wrinkles, fine lines as well as skin tightening all in one treatment, Infini is a beautiful option. Infini delivers radiofrequency energy with microneedling. The microneedling Infini provides is much deeper and more powerful than microneedling with PRP, PRF and with growth factors. The energy, radiofrequency, is also used in Thermage and Exilis Ultra but the energy is delivered to a precise skin depth. This creates much more skin tightening and wrinkle reduction than Exilis Ultra and Thermage or any microneedling treatment. Infini can be used on the face and neck to lift and contour the face without surgery. There is minimal to no downtime after Infini and there are fewer treatments than other technologies and devices. Our providers have had Infini treatments and they personally love their results.
Intense Pulsed Light
Intense Pulsed Light is a light source that targets and removes sun spots, broken capillaries and improve rosecea. After IPL, you will see a dramatic lifting of the sun spots and they will fall off in 7-14 days revealing brighter skin that is much clearer with less redness. Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) is one of the most impressive results we have ever seen in devices and the satisfaction is extremely high. IPL can be used on the face, neck, chest and even arms and legs. There is no downtime with IPL and we are certified laser operators to maximize your results with minimal treatments.
Laser Hair Removal
Remove unwanted hair on the face, neck and body with laser hair removal. Laser hair removal is a very popular effective treatment to reduce unwanted hair. Laser hair removal works on light skin with dark hair and is a series of treatments with no downtime. Popular laser hair removal areas include the face (even for females), the armpits and bikini as well as the lower legs. Not having the shave is a beautiful, life-long gift! Laser hair removal is also used to improve razor bumps and irritation from shaving.
Laser Resurfacing
Used to treat wrinkles, fine lines and scarring to smooth the stimulate the skin. Laser resurfacing like Pixel and Fraxel are completely customized and can be done in a mild or more aggressive fashion based on your concerns and commitment. We can gently polish the skin with a laser or do a deeper laser resurfacing for acne scarring and deeper wrinkles.
Liquid Facelift

Microneedling

Sculptra Aesthetic
Sculptra is an injectable collagen stimulant that will create tighter and firmer skin without surgery. The results are gradual and natural. Sculptra has been around for decades and is considered highly satisfying to improve crepey skin, fill in a gaunt look with hollow cheeks as well as lift and contour the face. Sculptra is done in a series and when you are done the series treatments are only once a year. Our clients love Sculptra because it is a gradual result and the Sculptra treatment has no downtime. I just have to say I had the absolute best experience here! Madison was so welcoming and pleasant from the minute I walked in the door along with a smile on her face. I have never gotten any sort of service done like this, but there was no hesitation or anxiety at all. I am so happy with my results as I had some pretty predominate lines between my brows. Lorraine was great and very informative. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time as I have never been like I said earlier which ended my service great! I left feeling so happy and couldn’t wait to see my results! I will definitely be coming back when the time comes and have been telling everyone about this place since!

I have been struggling with acne for a few years and have seen a dermatologist for a while but my skin was never how i wanted it to be. Since starting a ZO regimen that was created for me and receiving micro needling treatments my skin has been the best it has been in years. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My lips and botox treatments always come out wonderfully. Best medispa I have been too. Always look forward to my visits.

I had heard great things about the women in Charmed Medi Spa and was looking forward to my lip filler treatment. They require a $100 deposit to book an appointment and the deposit money will be deducted from the total amount of the treatment you receive. Fair enough. Unfortunately the day of my appointment, I had an allergic reaction around my lip area. They felt it would not be a good idea for me to have the injection on that day and I did agree. As I was rescheduling the appointment, I found out that I had lost my $100 deposit for that day since I did not receive a treatment. I then had to pay an additional $100 deposit for the rescheduled day. I wasn’t happy about completely losing $100. They said it was for their time spent with me even though they could not work on me. I gave the additional $100 and rescheduled. 24 hours prior to my rescheduled appt. I contacted them to let them know my husband had surprised me with a last minute trip and needed to rescheduled. I was told I would again lose my $100 deposit even though I was rescheduling 24 hours prior to the appt. and would need to give them another $100 deposit for the new date. That would mean they would have then received a total of $300 and I haven’t had any work done. Granted my deposit for that day’s appointment would be put towards the total amount of that days treatment but, that isn’t the point. I went to the first appointment wanting treatment done. I was rescheduling because I still wanted that treatment. I didn’t think it was right for them to keep my initial deposit under the circumstances. It was their medical decision to not do the procedure that day and have me reschedule. I should have not been monetarily penalized for it.

By the end of the consult we had a tentative plan for my skin based on my goals and finances. I booked my first treatment sessions the same day as my consult!
