Cancellation policy: You will receive an email or text message confirmation three days prior to your appointment. Should you need to cancel, we require 48 hours notice in order to fill the opening. After the first no show or failure to cancel during the 48 hour window, we will require a credit card on file. In the event that you no show or fail to call within the 48 hour window for a second time, your card will be charged 50% of the ticket price for that day. Our hope is that you will LOVE your hair. Should you have any issues with your service, please let us know within ten days of your appointment.

Too many late nights with kitchen scissors in a bathroom, plus the occasional swipe of some questionable cherry red Loreal Feria from my moms collection, had left me with stubborn, faded brassy hair that was banded and embarrassing. When I went to for my consultation, I was really impressed with how my stylist, Rianna, was responsive & thoughtful about my concerns. She even pulled the owner aside for a second opinion, who was kind enough to take some time to help us come up with an effective plan. It really showed, to me, how the stylists are not just knowledgable & talented – but support each other to provide the best customer service. Honestly one of the most professional salons I have ever been!

First time here, I got my hair bleached, dyed and cut. The staff was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful. Barely felt any discomfort during the bleaching process and the staff continuously checked up on me to make sure everything went well. Loved my hair color and cut. Will come back

There are talented stylists at CharMarie, but it’s frustrating that the two stylists I’ve gone to regularly worked on other clients during my appt which always results in my appt lasting 30-60 minutes longer than at other salons where the stylists don’t double book. I don’t want to sit under a hair dryer for no legitimate reason other than to make time for the stylist to work on another client. For the crazy prices I pay there, I expect more consideration of my time. CharMarie should warn new clients that they practice double-booking so clients will know their appts will take much longer than at other salons who don’t have this business model.

Love love love the service I received here. I messaged Bethany about blending some chunkier highlights that had grown out. I have warmer toned, dark blonde hair and the highlights I received at another salon came out cool toned and poorly blended. Bethany was incredibly helpful and made me feel much less nervous about coming to a new salon. When I had my appointment, she really took the time to fix the roots, while also toning all over so that my color was refreshed. I feel great about my hair, and will definitely be coming back!
