Honest review on laser, the laser doesn’t remove hair permanently, however, it reduces the hair. regarding this laser center, I have scars all over my skin due to their unprofessional treatment and all they said was “sorry”. i don’t think I can get rid of these scars left by the laser. instead of being sorry for what they did to me, they overcharged me. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this laser center.

I would never patronize this business ever! My daughter started laser hair removal in the beginning it was nice to patronize this business! The customer service is awful I don’t need to know you don’t have money to pay a laser specialist to stay pass 5:30 to service my daughter! Every time I call they’re rude and ignorant on the phone! Not enough words to share the positive experience I had at Charlottesville Skin and Laser Center! Their knowledge, advice and honesty were so refreshing. At the free consultation, laser treatment was discouraged because they didn’t feel like the results would be desirable. Who does that?
