I adore Ashley. She always gives me a perfect haircut. Her assistant Lola was so lovely as well and gave the best scalp massage. I always love coming to the salon. I recommend it to everyone I know. Charlotte Thomas Salon employees made me completely comfortable and I had THE BEST experience there! I got the most beautiful haircut and a strengthening treatment as they managed to magically fit me in last minute on my birthday! I’ve never felt so loved by strangers as Terese and Alexa, her assistant, paid such attention to providing me with the most beautiful hair cut and style so I could head out to a birthday dinner full of pure joy and confidence which paved the way for the best birthday I’ve had in a decade! The salon is gorgeous and spotless. Terese listens and asks questions and she’s an expert at her craft! She considered my fears of a past bad experience somewhere else and made sure to MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND SHE IS JUST SO SWEET. Terese was absolutely amazing! She was nothing but kind to me and was especially understanding when I came in with damaged hair. She made feel comfortable and never shamed me for the damage I had caused to my hair. My hair literally looks amazing from after one session with Terese. I cried afterwards our appointment because I literally didn’t think my hair would ever feel this good again. She took her time to really evaluate my hair and offered me the best treatments for my hair. She also educated me on my hair and came up with a game plan to help me to achieve healthy hair.
