I cannot describe how awesome and sweet the staff and owner are!!! We came from south Alabama. We had made an appointment for my 90 year old mom to have her hair done for her “wedding” at the church in Fairbanks that she and my dad got married in 70 years ago. The whole family came to Fairbanks and they renewed their vows there. We wanted mom to look beautiful and Charlotte Rouge was the perfect choice! Paris was soooo sweet, took her time with my mom and asked me lots of questions to make sure it was perfect. Then, the owner came out and treated my mom like royalty as well. I wish we could fly mom here every week for her weekly appointment. She said she liked it better than any of the beauticians have done down here. I love this salon and the people. They are a blessing. Fairbanks, you are lucky to have them!

I loved getting my hair done here. I came in blonde and came out with exactly what I wanted and asked for. As for the price it wasn’t cheap but you know what you get when you get a cheap haircut… a haircut that looks cheap. I had no problem paying what was asked and the price was made clear to me upfront. My stylist put in hours of work and it turned out gorgeous. Well worth it and the salon is gorgeous and fun inside.

Yesterday i try for the first time in my life colouring my hair, and before that i try to make an appointment with many salon but they say they can’t do the ash gray hair, but charlotte Rouge Hair Spa is so professional and say they can do that. and i’m really nervous. but nathalie (the capster) was so kind and she knows what she doing. and now i’m really satiedfied with my hair. I would give this place zero stars if I could. After searching for a long time this place was highly recommended and I had only heard great things about them. I looked on their Facebook page and the pictures of hair looked amazing so I was super excited to go. I told Rachel I wanted to be super blonde and get rid of my golden hair. When she was finished I was brighter but still had the gold color which is why I went there in the first place. Not only did she not do what I wanted but she missed a huge chunk while highlighting my hair so now it’s just a dark spot that I will have to get fixed. I did call and let them know I wasn’t happy and they said they would re tone my hair but it didn’t fix the problem. 320 dollars later. I would not recommend going to Rachel for blonde hair. Pictures shown are day of and day after. I didn’t realize how bad it was til I got home.

Love going here. Such a great atmosphere. Everyone is very warm and friendly. Paris does a fabulous job. She really works closely and takes the time with her clients to help them achieve the style that they are looking for. She also is awesome with color. Galilee has also colored and cut my hair quite a few times in Paris’ absence and she is fantastic. You can’t go wrong here. Very talented stylists I always look forward to my appointments!

The outside doesn’t look like much, but inside is a treasure. These ladies have created a wonderful, clean, good vibes kind of place. Natalie trimmed my hair and just went above and beyond by washing and then straightening it too. She really listened to the ideas I had for my hair and made me comfortable during my time there.

It’s a beautiful place. But when you are only getting a trim and it costs 75 dollars that’s a bit much. I didn’t feel special or treated like you would at a salon more like if you are new and not spending 300 to get color then you don’t get full service only have at a New York salon price. With no known name stylist. Also when I got there they didn’t even seat me with the person I was suppose to see. But hey the lady that did my hair was going to Hawaii for 10 days. Guess with prices like that it’s easy. Never again with their customer service no matter how pretty it is.
