I don’t even know where to start. Charlie’s used to be the place to go for good quality nails..no longer the case! I had not been here in well over a year, I was tired of the inflated prices there and the ridiculous $5 “Covid cleaning fee”. I went there last Tuesday night since my regular spot was booked.. I was wanting a full set of acrylics with an ombré pink polish. I specifically said twice I wanted full acrylics. That’s not what I got, she put tips on and then two coats of dip powder. Two days later a tip snapped off, ripping what was left of my regular nail with it. If I’d of gotten what I asked for in the first place that wouldn’t of happened! Went back to get it fixed and the nail tech couldn’t of rushed through it any faster if she tried. It looked horrible, wasn’t filed down enough at all. And this is what I got charged $65 for?!?!? The attention to detail, quality and craftsmanship is out the window. They charge premium fees for sub par work. They are more focused on turnover than happy clients that will actually come back!

I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve been doing my nails at a location closer to my neighborhood and only happen to stumble upon Charlie’s. Husband and I were in the area, wanted to kill time and went in to get our feet done. Lets just say I never went back to my original nail salon. Service is above and beyond. Lets also talk about Maggie, she’s my bestie in my world though she may not know it… She is very talented.. nails, facials, eyebrows… I’ve been happy with it all. I love our conversations, she’s so funny, sweet and pleasant to be around. The salon is always clean, relaxing and now my new salon home for almost a year now. Thank you!

I always have good experiences at Charlies! Nancy is my nail tech and she does a fantastic job with my gel fill ins! She also does a great job with the polishing! No streaks and very evenly coated!! Gel manicures

I needed my nails done desperately and stumbled across Charlie’s. So glad I did because Mike did my nails and I think, after 15 years of being with my last nail tech, I have found a new nail professional in Mike. His designs are absolutely stunning and I love the care that he took with my nails. See you for my next appointment in 3 weeks Mike! Oh and they’re closer to my house and you can book appts online…how convenient is that!

We booked a party for 9 for a wedding party. The staff did a great job accommodating everyone. Everyone’s nails and toes looked great!! Some did gel and others acrylics.

This place USED to have good staff. This is the second time I’ve gone in and had problems. They messed up my nails and my daughters and my friends last time. Missed parts of my friend and daughters nails and had us bleeding. Now this time I made an appointment, told them what I needed done. They said they could. I go in there and they were going to have me wait 30 and then tell me they can’t do it. It’s for my daughters formal. 1 person. They can’t do rainbow designs? Or are they being homophonic? I’m livid. Never going back and I will never recommend again. Terrible service. Rude about it too. Acting like they don’t do designs when it’s on the website for $20 extra that I had and was willing to pay.

The lady was rude as hell and had an attitude the entire time. She never check to see if it was even or anything! I took less than 15mins to get it fixed.
