Every time I go, she blows me away with her talent and how awesome she makes me feel. I have been getting my lashes done by Leslie, the owner, for over 10 years. Once she brought on Kristen to the team I began going to her as well for my lashes and have never been disappointed! This is THE PLACE for lashes. I have received countless compliments over the last 10 years on how natural my lashes look and referred many people who were disappointed with their services elsewhere and were delighted by the outcomes they had at Charlies Lashes. Every 2 weeks I experience a professional, punctual, calm and friendly environment where I feel comfortable either taking a nap or having easy conversation with my lash stylist. I have never recommended any business of any kind more than I have recommended this one. I live and work in NYC now but still come back every 2 weeks just for their amazing work which is unparalleled anywhere else! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend

I needed my lashes done for my destination wedding (I had never had them done prior to this) and Erika was so helpful in guiding me through what needed to be done for them to stay the time frame I needed them. Since my wedding I’ve been going back and back again to Erika. She’s so friendly and she does such a great job. My lashes look natural but with a little extra oooofff. Love it. She’s the best and everyone else there is super friendly.

Some how my review keeps being removed! The quality of the work Erika did was good, no complaints. Its the customer service and the crazy manager Kristen who I have an issue with. I was attacked, and treated very unprofessionally when trying to return a very expensive product that I had been talked into the night before. Never opened or used. I was told no and asked where it says that. She rudely told me in the forms I filled out prior to appointment. Well the paper work says ” no refund for services rendered, and nothing about purchases. Clearly a “Karen” does know how to read! Terrible experience with someone who manages this business.

I had the best experience with Katie today! I went in for my first ever lash lift and tint and she was so welcoming, personable, and explained everything during the service! The salon was beautiful and clean and the staff was so professional, friendly, and helpful! I will definitely be back in 6 weeks for my touch up! Thank you for a great experience 🙂

I come here regularly and see Erika for my eyelash extensions. She is fantastic and my lashes come out beautifully every time. I have great lash retention as well. I highly recommend coming here and booking with Erika, she gets it right every time and is very professional as well. I’ve been to several other lash salons in the past and this is by far the best place I’ve been to.

I love going to Charlie’s Lashes for eyelash extensions. Even though it’s over a half hour drive for me, it’s worth it! Best lash place around. I go to Lauren and totally trust her with my lashes. I tried a couple lash places closer to me and have had horrible experiences. I always end up going back to Charlie’s Lashes, and won’t make the mistake of going somewhere else again!
