Being new to the area I looked at the barber shops and reviews online to make a decision. I chose to go here and am happy I did. The man waiting ahead of me let me go first because he was waiting for Charlie. The other lady who cut my hair is Lois, Charlie’s mother. Lois did a great job cutting my hair just as I wanted. I recommend them highly. I’m happy I found thier place and will be a regular customer now.

Absolute WORST customer service and appreciation EVER!!!!! I left work 2 hours early 2 days in a row trying to get a haircut. 1st day I arrive 20 min BEFORE closing time and she runs to the door and locks it while I am walking from my truck to the door!!! RUDE!!!!! Next day I arrive 40 min before closing time only to have her leave early and not give me a haircut. Absolute worst customer experience ever anywhere. You have lost a customer for sure. Ill gladly pay more to feel appreciated.
