Critical: Professionalism, QualityTerrible beard experience. Requested beard length (~2″ at Chin) to be cut in half. The barber took it upon his own opinion to remove all but a 1/4″. My beard was essentially, removed. The excuse provided was “you had a soft spot on your cheek, I thought this would look better”. I embrace that accidents happen, but the barber made this decision on his own without consulting me. The excuse made my experience worse. What a terrible feeling for your barber to finally turn the chair and show your new cut only to realize your beard was removed (1/4″ isn’t much…)To the barber: please take this as a lesson.
