Had a fantastic experience at Charlie’s Angels Beauty Bar tonight. I got a relaxer re-touch and style. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by beautiful smiling faces and the environment is very welcoming and beautifully decorated. Can’t speak for the other stylists but based on how I was treated by the owner, I won’t ever get to. She was referred to me by an out of town stylist that praised her for her holistic hair care. Worked with her for about 2 months before she started dodging me like a crazy ex. (I will never understand this when it comes to service providers…just speak up). Keep in mind, this is after I was already flexible with her and her 10pm last min rescheduling texts, her delayed starts because she has to finish her phone calls first, or overall lack of communication (I text her to confirm an appointment time and heard nothing from her until the day of). She knew she was the only one I knew of that specialized in the particular service I needed and instead of just referring me somewhere else or making other recommendations, she chose to waste both of our time while taking my money. If anything, don’t fall for the “commercials” or mass number of followers. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I have ever had from a person who plays so sweet.
