I loved everything about this salon from the moment I walked in! The space is very neat and organized and the girls are so sweet and welcoming! My appointment was with Mary, who was super personable and did my hair exactly how I wanted it to come out. I got a Keratin treatment which I have been absolutely loving – I’ve gotten Keratin at other places before, but this is the best it has ever come out. I asked for a baby trim and she cut off just the right amount. I highly recommend Charlie Brigitte. I’ll be returning in a couple of months!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting and I knew I was in good hands with Brigitte as my stylist. She did an amazing job with my hair! I left not only feeling fabulous, but like part of the family. I was really impressed with the level of service from the moment I requested the appointment to the moment I left the salon. They require a phone consultation for hair coloring before your appointment which I really appreciated because I knew the stylist (Mary) was going to be well prepared for what I knew was a complicated request (going from blonde to copper). After the consultation I got a full summary of what we discussed, product suggestions, and a maintenance schedule. I was super impressed by this. Once I got to the appointment, Mary explained to me that she really wanted to do what was best for me and that she’d like to propose a different plan to get the look I wanted but without the high maintenance that came with our original plan. I trusted her as I am not a professional, and I’m so glad I did! Her suggestion was much better than what I proposed and that goes to show ‘Always trust your stylist!’ And you can definitely trust the ladies here. It’s been a few weeks and I’m still loving my hair! I can’t wait to go back, and I definitely will be!
