If anyone is looking to get their hair done Charlie Mack is the place to go! I always book with McKenzie and she never disappoints!! She hits the mark every time! From Cut, Color, to Style she’s my go to!! I’ve been getting my hair done for almost three years by her and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Pretty sure she can do just about anything you ask for. Next time you want to get your hair done keep her and this salon in mind! I always walk out feeling amazing and like a whole new girl! They make you feel very welcomed in there!! (Ps I used the big mouth filter on my face cause I was playing around so I had to black it out because we didn’t get any before and afters, but the results still speak for themselves!)

I took my 4 year old son to get his haircut and decided to book a haircut for myself as well, we saw Renee and it was a HUGE mistake that I’ve been upset about since. I hate negative reviews, I think most people should be given the benefit of the doubt and maybe Renee was having a rough day. She wasn’t overly friendly and seemed rushed our appt was at 1 and we were back in the car by 1:23, but the worst part was how terrible both of our haircuts turned out and how unaware I was until I generously tipped and got home and noticed. I showed a picture for my sons hair, she cut the hard part on the wrong side of his head (and where his natural part is) and it looks a mess. For me I had shoulder length hair, I asked for some texturizing layers to add some volume to my hair, I now look like I have a mullet, my hair is completely uneven, the front is so choppy and there is absolutely no blending. On top of allllll of that.. I was told when booking the appt it would be $25 for me and $15 for my son.. but she charged me $55. I won’t ever give this place my business again due to this horrible experience, and if you want to give them your business steer clear of Renee.
