Charlie is a Master Barber/ Barber Manager who cut hair for 25 years in Hanover. He worked in Maryland for 5 years at his shop in Westminster before relocating to Pennsylvania. Prior to opening his own shop, he had worked with several other established barbers in Carroll and Frederick counties. Charlie offers precise work and a competitive price in a clean and friendly atmosphere.
