I picked this place because it had so many great reviews but unfortunately there is no way I can give this 5 stars. the place is certainly a bit run down inside, but I can look past that if the service is of high quality. Everyone was very nice, and in all honesty, the pedicure was very well done. The woman doing my pedicure was very meticulous and did a great job. I have to give 2 stars because of the cleanliness and lack of proper equipment cleaning. For starters, I watched them take the tools they had just used on my feet and put them right back into the tool cart without cleaning them at all (and I assume they were not cleaned before me as they wheeled the cart directly over from another client). They used toe spacers on me that had already been used, and then proceeded to put my spacers right back into the cart. And the biggest thing for me was right near the end of the pedicure I noticed multiple small bugs crawling over my massage chair. They weren’t ants or spiders, and it’s actually more unsettling that I didn’t know what they were. I really hate to leave a poor review on a small business, and I hope I’m wrong about the equipment cleaning, but the hygiene protocols and cleanliness of this place do not seem up to par, especially for the price they are charging.
