I had to reschedule appointment twice the second time was very short notice mind you I had a family emergency come up I’ve been a customer here for years coming in maybe bi annually for spray tans teeth whitening as of recently I stopped going because I just wasn’t a fan of how I was treated. I know that they were not rude but vibes there was just very off it felt like I was being with down on. I never leave bad reviews. They let me know that there is a cancellation fee for canceling last minute for the second appointment which I have no problem with but I explained I was With my grandmother who had a heart attack and i would pay fee the fee but i could not at that moment she continued to push the subject until I hung up on her. It was very insensitive and just confirm that this is not a personal-able company this whole time i was not even a huge fan of the tans i was receiving there the color is more of a pink then a brown and it makes your skin look weird not horrible but not what i like. Needless to say I will not be coming back in I think if your trying to decide on whether to come here or not if you’re in the pinch it’s fine but don’t expect customer service to be great

This was my first ever spray tan experience. I am happy with how my tan turned out. It is even and overall looks pretty good. The woman who did my spray tan was not super friendly or welcoming. Getting a spray tan is a slightly vulnerable experience because you’re undressed. I just wasn’t pleased with the overall customer service and “warmth” at this salon. I will definitely get another spray tan but maybe at a different Charleston Glow location.

Worst spray tan I’ve ever gotten! The day after I had to go back because my chest looked like I had rubbed it down with cocoa powder and the backs of my legs were white. It’s been a week over a week now and it’s coming off in PATCHES! I look like a have a skin disease. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!!!
