Deidre was great! She was super friendly and very detail oriented. You can tell she wants to do a good job. My feet were so dry when I came in from all the winter cold. I left with brand new feet. I highly recommend this establishment. Sue is incredibly talented. I originally went somewhere else for both a vintage yet current and popular haircut, and it was done very poorly and my hair was a choppy, uneven mess. I made an appointment next day at Charles Scott to have it fixed, and Sue did a superb job. I walked out with what I had originally wanted, but honestly even better. They really are highly trained and knowledgeable, and I have gotten nothing but compliments since having my hair cut last week. Thank you!!

When I initially called to schedule my daughter an appointment for her “prom hair” they told me they had someone who can do the hairstyle she wants.
