Ok don’t get me wrong I really like Charles Penzone! But.. Some of the stylist, nail techs need to be A LOT more friendlier. I was standing by the station where they have water, coffee for the guest when this employee “literally” asked me to move (very rude) I was in no ones way!! She continued to look me up and down like I was an alien or something!! However I was pleased with my hair stylist! She is amazing

I don’t go there for services but I take my wife there. They have a bar and sandwiches to consume while the wife or partner has services completed. Staff is very friendly. Expect to pay top dollar. You can use a card to pay for services but they ask, but not require, the tips are paid in currency.
