Ell is super sweet, and so good with the little ones. As a fellow mom herself, I knew she would know just how to make my toddler’s haircut experience a positive and tear-free one! The cut was just right and we love the cute little braid she made with our daughter’s front side bang that’s usually in her face a lot. But thanks to some helpful tips and showing me different ways to work with my daughter’s tricky part, I can now try new things with her hair too! I highly recommend taking your kids to Ell!

I am relatively new to the area and needed to find a new hair salon. I did my homework and Charles Morris has very good reviews. So I called and Sabrina was recommended as a good “blonde” stylist. When I arrived she spent the time to really listen to what I like and don’t like and she totally came through!! She was so conscientious and professional and I am very happy with my result. I visited Charles Morris salon in May of 2022 where I paid $100 to have my hair completely destroyed by a new girl named Sabrina. She used her new blow-dryer on my hair and when I told her that it burnt my scalp, she said that I should’ve told her sooner and that she relies on her customers to tell her when her blow dryer is too hot. This comment left me shocked because I didn’t know that it was the client’s job to tell the hairdresser that her appliance is burning hot. There was no apology whatsoever.

I’ve been comming to this salon since it has opened, and it’s always been great. I’ve only had one not so great experience and the management offered to fix it right away, which I deeply appreciated. After that, I was weary of finding a new stylist, but I sat in Mac’s chair, and I haven’t left! Mac always does exceptional work! I’ve been going to her for about 2 years or so, and she never ceases to amaze me! (not to mention, I only get my hair done every 6-8 months, and my hair gets a little crazy in between!) When I sit in her chair, she works her magic! I always leave more than satisfied! She always figures out how to fit me in her very tight schedule, and I love our conversations! She has done my hair for countless events, and it always looks phenomenal! Can’t wait to go back!
