Nichole did a phenomenal job on my color making it subtle yet noticable which is exactly what I was going for and Zara gave me the best cut I’ve had in years. Can I say how much I LOVE this place?! The staff is beyond friendly and always willing to answer questions/concerns. The first time I came here I went from dark to blonde and it was too much for me as a first timer. They were kind enough to let me come back and tone it down to an Ashy blonde that lasted for quite a while. I came back and was ready to go blonder this time and I am extremely happy with how Nichole catered to my wants based on pictures I showed her. The manager there is also the best and so accommodating all around. I’m extremely picky on who I allow to touch my hair or even consider sticking to a place but I will be coming back again and again. I got my layers done here as well, and they came out perfect! Best haircut I’ve had in a while.

I went to their downtown location but since I am moving to the Western Suburbs I thought I would see if my experience in the salon would be the same. I am happy to say it was PERFECT! I walked in and they took my temperature upon entering. I was then introduced to the Manager and then my stylist. Max was incredibly welcoming and had spoken to the team in the city about my hair and he knew exactly what to expect and executed it wonderfully. He was also a great conversation and loved to be in his chair. Next time I plan to get my color done and will see Max again! Thanks guys! You crushed it and can’t wait to come again soon! I have an excellent experience every time I go in to the Charles Ifergan Salon in Oakbrook. Neysa has been cutting and styling my hair for years and always does a fantastic job. I leave the salon happy each and every time and always get compliments on how great my hair looks. Not only is she a great stylist but she makes my appointment an enjoyable experience. I also go to Arlene for my hair color who again never disappointments and leaves my hair looking great! I highly recommend checking out this salon and scheduling appointments with them!
